SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping with us! Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with a tracking number.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

* Standard Shipping (Domestic US): 5 to 10 business days
* International Shipping: 7 to 15 business days

*Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier delays, weather, or high peak seasons.*

3. Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at vladimirnesic32@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damaged or Lost Packages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist you with a replacement or refund request. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
